How to update your Reckon Hosted password

Question

How do I change the password for my Reckon Accounts Hosted user account?

Answer

You can change your password through the Manage Your Account facility.

1.    Go to the login page at: https://hosted.reckon.com/RAHV2/ReckonAccountsLogon.aspx

2.   Click on Control Panel > Manage Users;

3.    Click on the relevant UserID;

4.    In the User Details sections, tick the box Change Password;

5.    Enter your new password, retype it and click Update;

6.    Password changed (in green) should appear to confirm the change;

7.    Click on Dashboard at the top right of the screen to exit Manage Your Account.
