Half page instead of full-page prints from Reckon Accounts Hosted

Question

Why is Reckon Accounts Hosted printing only half the page rather than the full page of a report or invoice?

Answer

You may experience this problem if your printer’s paper settings are incorrect for the Reckon Accounts Hosted printout.

 

Workaround-

Before starting on this solution, ensure that this printing problem exists only with QuickBooks Hosted.

1.    In Reckon Accounts Hosted, File > Printer Setup

2.    Select the first document, e.g. Adjustment Note.

3.    In the Settings tab, select the printer to use and click Options.

4.    Click on your printer’s Paper/Output tab:

a.    This option will be titled differently for each printer,

b.    It contains the option to select paper type.

5.    Select A4 for the paper size.

6.    Click OK to close this window.

7.    Repeat these steps for all required forms.
