Why do I receive the following error when trying to install Reckon Personal (Quicken)?

Error 1904. Module C:\\bpbox.ocx failed to register. HRESULT. Contact your support personnel.

Answer

This error may occur if you are installing Reckon Personal (Quicken) to a folder that has an apostrophe (') in the folder name.

To resolve this error, install Quicken to a folder that does not have an apostrophe (') in the folder name.
