How do I change the currency symbol on printed forms?

Answer

Reckon Accounts uses the currency symbol specified in regional settings in Windows on your printed forms.

To change the currency symbol:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Click on Time & language.
  3. Click the Language & region page on the right side.
  4. Under the "Related settings" section, click the Administrative language settings option.
  5. Click the Formats tab.
  6. Click the Additional settings button
  7. Click the Currency tab.
  8. Customize the currency formats on Windows 11.
Change the currency symbol. You can enter multiple characters like AU$, CAN$, or NZ$ for clarity, as well as various international currency symbols.

When Reckon Accounts prints your sales forms, it uses the symbol you specified.
