When export my Employee List, I get several C=10000 messages

Question

When exporting the Employee List from Reckon accounts with the Full Payroll Features enabled, an error message C=10000 appears numerous times before completing the export.


Answer

This error message will appear for any employee who has blank details entered in their leave setup for Accrual Period and Accrual Year Starting.

These fields are located in the Sick/Holiday setup window for each employee and also in the default preferences window under Payroll and Employee Preferences. Once these information are filled this issue won't occur.
