How do I generate a report that shows my customer balances?

Answer

To create a report that shows all of your customers balances:

  1. From the Reports menu, choose "Customers and Receivables", then Customer Balance Summary.
  2. To see the detailed transactions of a customer's balance, double click on the balance when the cursor is a magnifying glass containing a "z" (QuickZoom). A report displays, showing transactions for that customer only.
  3. Double click on any line and Reckon Accounts display you the transaction form for that amount.
