Question

How can I change the password for my Reckon Portal? (Reckon One, Cloud POS, Reckon GovConnect STP)

Reckon Portal users i.e Reckon One, Cloud POS, GovConnect STP 

Answer

You can change the password for your portal account by selecting the "Help I forgot my sign in details" option on the portal loginpage.

Detailed steps.

  1. Log out from the Portal, if you are already logged in.
  2. Go back to the login screen.
  3. Click the ‘Help I forgot my sign in details’ 
  4. You will now be prompted to enter your username /user ID / Email address for the account that you wish to reset the password for.
  5. Once done, you will now receive an email on the nominated account’s email address, with an option to reset your password.
  6. Follow the link on your email to enter your new password.

Additional information:

If you are using Google or Office 365 single sign in option (SSO), your password is governed by the respective provider, .ie Google or Microsoft. You will have to change the password there.
